Talk to a person
One address, read by us. There is no ticket queue, no chatbot and no phone tree — this is a small operation and mail comes straight to it.
We answer within one business day, Adelaide time. A booking that has been charged and not confirmed jumps the queue — send the reference and we deal with it first.
A booking
Include the booking reference from your confirmation, or the reference shown on the checkout screen if it did not get that far. That is all we need to find it — please don’t send card numbers, and we will never ask for one.
Cancelling
You can cancel a stay yourself from Your bookings without writing to anyone. Whether it is refundable is set by the property’s own terms, which are shown on the room before you book.
Something on the site is wrong
Tell us which page. We correct the fact and move the checked date rather than quietly editing it — see our terms. Corrections are the mail we most want to get.
Your account and your data
Deleting your account is a switch, not a request: Settings → Delete your account. What we hold and for how long is in the privacy policy.
Partners and press
Same address. Worth reading how we make money first — placement, badges and “featured” slots are not for sale, and that is not a negotiating position.
