The Elephanta Caves form a collection of cave temples predominantly dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva; UNESCO has designated them as a World Heritage Site. They are located on Elephanta Island, or Gharapuri, in Mumbai Harbour, 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) east of Mumbai in the Indian state of Maharashtra.

The Gateway of India is an arch-monument, completed in 1924, on the waterfront of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It was erected to commemorate the landing of King George V of the United Kingdom for his coronation as the Emperor of India in December 1911 at Strand Road near Wellington Fountain. He was the first British monarch to visit India.

Marine Drive, often referred to as the Queen's Necklace, is a 3-kilometre-long promenade along the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road in Mumbai (Bombay), India. The road and promenade were constructed by Pallonji Mistry in 1940. It is a banana-shaped, six-lane concrete road along the coast of a natural bay.
