Al-Baqi Cemetery, also known as Jannat al-Baqi or Baqi al-Gharqad, is the oldest and first Islamic cemetery in Medina, located southeast of the Prophet's Mosque, in the Hejaz region of present-day Saudi Arabia. It contains the graves of numerous members of the Prophet Muhammad's family, his companions, and other prominent figures from early Islam.

Mount Uhud is a mountain north of Medina, in the Hejaz region of Saudi Arabia. It is 1,077 m (3,533 ft) high and 7.5 km long. It was the site of the second battle between the Islamic prophet Muhammad and the polytheists of his tribe of Quraysh.

The Quba Mosque is a mosque located in Medina in the Hejaz region of Saudi Arabia, first built in the lifetime of the Islamic prophet Muhammad in the 7th century. It is thought to be the first mosque in the world, established on the first day of Muhammad's emigration to Medina. Its first stone is said to have been laid by the prophet, and the structure completed by his companions.
